| Stage 1 | Your body begins to wilt under the strain of its corruption. You suffer disadvantage on Fortitude saves. |
| Stage 2 | You notice a significant decrease in muscle mass, resulting in a semi-permanent -2 to Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity. If your corruption is cleansed, this recovers at a rate of 1 per month. This may reduce your HP below 0, and kill you. |
| Stage 3 | You struggle to cope with even day-to-day exertions. You are permanently exhausted. |
| Stage 4 | Your body further decays. Your Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity are reduced to 3. If your corruption is cleansed, this recovers at a rate of 1 per month. This may reduce your HP below 0, and kill you. |
