| Stage 1 | A small growth appears on your body in a noticable place. You suffer disadvantage on all social roles with beings who are not at least equally as corrupted. You may attempt a DC20 Stealth check to disguise the blemish. |
| Stage 2 | The growth expands, hampering your flexibility. You suffer a -2 penalty to all Dexterity checks, saves, and rolls. |
| Stage 3 | The tumor now encompasses an uncomfortable proportion of your body mass. Your move speed is halved, rounded down, and you suffer disadvantage on Acrobatics or Athletics checks. |
| Stage 4 | The growth threatens to overcome you. You cannot move unassisted, and lose 2 HP per hit dice. This can kill you. |
