| Stage 1 | You begin to develop an awful odor. You suffer disadvantage on Stealth checks, and all Social checks. |
| Stage 2 | Your stench becomes overpowering. All other beings within 30ft of you are sickened. |
| Stage 3 | The unpleasant odor continues to intensify. The range of your stench increases to 60ft, and all other beings within it are nauseated. |
| Stage 4 | The odor infuses your clothing, your bedroll, and anything you touch. All soft furnishings you come into contact with inherit the effects of Stage 2, and you begin to suffer its effects too. |
