| Stage 2 | You continue to expand, growing beyond what is natural. You are considered a size category larger, but only when it is disadvantageous for you. |
| Stage 3 | Your mobility is exceedingly limited by your sickness. You are permanently denied your Dexterity modifier to your AC. |
| Stage 4 | You are truly corpulent. All movement is limited to a maximum speed of 5ft and cannot be increased except by magic. |
