Dissociation
Stage 1
You occasionally dissociate from reality. At the beginning of each round of combat, make a DC5 Will check. If you fail, you dissociate, and are dazed for the round.
Stage 2
Your episodes become longer and more intense. When you dissociate, roll 1d4 with disadvantage. You are stunned for that many rounds.
Stage 3
You begin to forget things from before your episodes. When your character recovers from an episode, they forget a number of rounds equal to twice the number spent dissociated. This may include forgetting that they are in combat, which causes you to be flatfooted.
Stage 4
Your episodes are frequent and hard to recover from. Make a DC10 Will check roughly each hour. If you fail, you are stunned for 2d8 rounds, then dazed for a 1d6 rounds, and shaken until the next check.
