Organ
Stage 1
A small organ begins to develop on your body; it is out of place, and obviously unnatural. It could be anything from an eye on your neck, or a mouth on your shin, to an extraneous thalidomide arm growing from your chest. You suffer a -2 penalty to all Social skill checks as a result of the hideousness of it, and the rumours that begin to follow you.
Stage 2
The organ grows, pustules developing around it. You suffer a further disadvantage to all Social skills.
Stage 3
Your new organ grows a life of its own. It begins to distract you, giving a disadvantage to Concentration, Perception, and Sense Motive checks. It also occasionally interrupts your rest. During every extended rest, roll 1d20. If the result is odd, you do not gain the benefits of your extended rest.
Stage 4
Your body begins to truly identify your new organ as alien and foreign. At the beginning of each day, if you have successfully taken an extended rest, make a DC20 Fortitude save. If you pass this save, you are sickened and fatigued. In all other cases, you are exhausted and nauseated.
